Your school is suspended
A suspended school has been disabled by SqoolHQ (for example for non-payment or policy reasons).
- Staff cannot open the dashboard — they see a suspension notice with the reason.
- Parents cannot sign in to the portal; the school appears suspended.
Restore access
Section titled “Restore access”Contact SqoolHQ support (or your account contact) to resolve the cause. Once unsuspended, staff and parents regain access exactly as before — no data is lost.
If the notice looks like a mistake, contact support with your school name so it can be looked up.
