For Directors. Open Settings → Team and invite a teammate by name and email.

Roles decide access

Each role sees only what its permissions unlock:

• Teacher — My Classes, the gradebook for their classes, and attendance.
• Bursar — fees, payments, and balances; no academic data.
• Administrator — staff records, attendance, and student files.
• Director — everything, including settings and the team page.
• No login — listed on the roster without app access.

Accepting an invitation

Invited staff receive an invitation they accept to join the school. Until they accept, they cannot sign in.

Change a member's role later from the same Team page — permissions follow the role automatically.

Frequently asked questions

A teacher cannot see the gradebook. Why? They are likely assigned a different role, or not assigned to that class. Check both.
