For Directors. Your public school page lets parents read about the school and tap Apply — no login required.

1. Go to Settings → Public school page and switch it to Live.
2. Complete the profile: motto, about text, phone, email, address, and brand colour. Save.
3. Copy the shareable link (like yourschool.sqoolhq.com/s/your-school) or use the QR code for posters and the reception desk.
4. Share it where parents will see it: WhatsApp groups, the school website, flyers.

Parents apply at the Apply button (/s/your-school/apply) with the child’s name, preferred class, and a parent contact. Each submission lands as a pending application on the Admissions page.

The motto, about text, and contacts parents see come straight from the Settings profile — keep them accurate.
