Parent portal guide

For parents and guardians. The parent portal shows your child’s fees, results, and attendance. The school office gives you an access slip at enrolment with your sign-in details.

1. Open the portal address your school shared with you.
2. Sign in with the ID from your access slip (admission number or parent phone number) plus your PIN.
3. At first sign-in, choose your own 4-digit PIN when asked.
4. Inside you can: check the fee balance and statement, view report cards and marks once published, and see attendance.

If you lose your PIN

You cannot reset it yourself — contact the school office. Staff reissue a new PIN from your child’s record in under a minute, and can read it to you over the phone or print a new slip.

On the sign-in page, Forgot your PIN? only confirms whether an account exists for that ID — it does not reset anything. The office completes the reset.
